Multi-Billion-Dollar Dream

God,

I made a million at twenty-five. I have tasted that life. Thank You for the opportunities, the lessons, and the strength that helped me get there. I remember when what I have already experienced was something I could only imagine.

And still, I am curious.

What would life be like with a billion? With several billion? What would an ordinary morning feel like? What would I spend my time learning? Who would I meet, where would I go, and what could I build that is beyond my reach today?

You know the questions behind this dream. I want to experience it for myself. I want to discover what opens up when an idea can be given the people, the time, and the resources it needs. I wonder what it feels like to fund a discovery, build something that lasts, or change someone's circumstances in a single afternoon.

God, help me quench this thirst for knowledge. Let me see beyond the photographs and the stories. Teach me what that life actually holds: its freedom, its pleasures, its decisions, and the responsibilities I cannot yet understand.

Guide me toward the work that could take me there. Give me ideas worth pursuing, patience to understand difficult things, and the discipline to put what I learn into practice. Bring me into rooms where I have much to learn, and give me the confidence to ask honest questions.

I ask You for the chance to live this multi-billion-dollar dream. Prepare me to receive it with gratitude and to use it with imagination. Let me enjoy the beauty of that life, share it with the people I love, and become more generous as my possibilities grow.

Keep wonder alive in me along the way. Let today's life remain precious while I reach for tomorrow's. Help me recognize the answers that arrive through people, through work, and through doors I did not know existed.

I have tasted one chapter. I am curious about the next.
