Why you need to act

Zendesk Sell will stop working on August 31, 2027.

Every customer needs to choose a new CRM, export the data they can, move it, and verify the result before Zendesk permanently deletes the old account data.

Zendesk says its standard CSV export does not include activity history, appointments, emails, call logs, or documents. We identify those gaps before deciding how your migration should work.

How we help

From the first export to the final check, you have an engineer on your side.

We inventory your Zendesk Sell account, help you select the right destination, preserve the available source data, and map it into the new CRM without pretending every data type follows the same path.

After the move, we compare the agreed source scope with what arrived. You receive a clear record of what migrated, what did not, and what must be corrected before you close Zendesk Sell.

The migration process

A clear path out of Zendesk Sell.

01

Make a migration plan

Identify what is in your Zendesk Sell account, where it needs to go, and when the move must be complete.

02

Export and preserve

Capture the standard export and identify important history that needs a separate migration path.

03

Move to the new CRM

Map contacts, companies, deals, fields, pipelines, notes, tasks, and relationships into the destination.

04

Verify before sign-off

Compare the agreed source scope with the new CRM and clearly identify anything that still needs attention.

Migration coverage

What we account for in the move.

    Contacts, companies, leads, and deals.

  2. 02

Notes, tasks, pipelines, and custom fields.

  3. 03

Links between people, companies, deals, and activities.

  4. 04

A separate plan for activity history, appointments, emails, calls, and documents omitted from the standard export.

  5. 05

A final source-to-destination check before the old account is closed.
