Capitalism on Neptune
Human Laws are not universal - natural laws are.
Human Laws are Jurisdiction based - natural "physical" laws are Everywhere.
Natural Laws of Life in the Wild, have only been found on Earth (because only life seems to be found on earth).
Whilst most physicists agree that the Physical Laws will be the same on other planets (with natural changes due to differences on that planet), Laws of Natural Life might be different there...
Which is why I always say: "Why did I pick this planet? Its so difficult, with work and taxes and horrible levels of competition".
Humanity has worked hard to remove the pains of life (as much as they can). Diseases have been cured, and an abundance of material wealth has been created. All good things!
But this line rings true (not only because I wrote it!)
