Emergent Properties

Imagine you have a tub, and you fill it with water,

all of a sudden, after many iterations,

beings start to form, writing poetry.

Logically, you would think: “what in the fuck is going on?”

That is precisely how they describe what happened on Earth.

This lack of consistency comes from a simple dimarcation line:

there is the immaterial, conceptual world where things like love, ideas, and life live

then there is the dead material, billiard ball like atoms that make up the building blocks of life

So then, as is consistent with the way we’ve handled problems such as this in the past, we must break the problem into its only logical points.

Either the dead soil which gave rise to ‘movement’ or ‘replication’ of our DNA, forming life.

Or, as the Greeks said, there was a first mover.

In the case of the movement of life, which they tell us comes from the dead material, it could have only arisen from a living mover. I.e, the same forces that move our DNA to replicate, form living structures which replicate further and give life, have arisen from exactly a different *form of life that already existed.

I.e the very soil that started life, was already alive…

That is point 1.

Point 2 is that the life we see, is not at all immaterial or *alive, but simply an massively complicated movement of material movements that have been preordaned, I.e your movements, are exactly the same as the movement of the planets around the Sun. Which in fact, *also require a first mover!

So either dead material somehow gave life to life, which doesnt make any sense whatsoever.

Or life gave life to life.

Or, which is the most likely scenario, life isn’t really alive, and everything is exactly just one thing, and we simply think that life is different, when in fact it really isn’t.

So then the question isn’t what is life, but what is everything? And that is the most interesting point.
