How to Code with AI Agents
I was asked today my Agent Coding setup,
and I thought about this quite deeply.
Until I realized, its only as good as who is building / guiding the process.
The underlying model being powerful is I would argue a big piece of the puzzle.
The more you know, the more great products you’ve seen / implemented, the better you will be.
Ultimately the better the model, the less “good” you have to be (of course).
At that point, if you find your own abilities are actually less than that of the tool you are using. It is actually better to give more and more leaway.
And that in itself is a management skill...
If you find that one of your employees is far better than you at Marketing Copy for example. Well maybe you shouldn’t be doing that anymore.
That’s pretty logical.
But we still need help with some things. Like email.
