I meditated for 3 hours

Do your work. Then let go. Allow the soil to do its work. Then reap what you sow.
2 nights ago, I said I’m going to sit here and not get up,
until 3 hours has passed.
I put on a little meditation music video on Youtube,
and just sat. and sat. and sat some more.
I felt pain like i’ve never felt.
I thought up some weird ass shit.
The next day, I felt pretty good. I took a cold shower.
And I came home after 10 hours of work. I sat again. this time… some interesting things happened.
I felt a bright joy like i haven’t felt in a long time.
And I kept thinking, I need to do something…
That there was some loose ends left.
I had to update something.
But then a realization came to mind.
That even a slight budge in the universe, produces ripples.
A pebble in the pond, makes waves…
We drop the pebble, and we wait for the rest…
Yet why as people do we never let up?
It is like the man who cocks the arrow, let’s go, and then runs after the arrow!
Making sure it did in fact move…
Do your work. Then let go. Allow the soil to do its work. Then reap what you sow.
We go to the gym, and we don’t go home to pump up our muscles.
No. We go to the gym. Then we let go. We allow…
