That’s a whole lot to ask for. But essentially you outlined the core of all things in Variable form.

Outcome Known and Probability Guaranteed Given Input

Probability of Outcome (R) = 100% if Inputs are Known and are Followed.

They are Followed if the User believes in the Outcome, and is Known.

And the Inputs are Known beforehand, and Difficulty D is Low as Possible.

What in our society GUARANTEES outcomes to the User, and is an EASY, Single Step process?

Pills.
