Take a Look

Surface Level:

Look at a tree.

Look at a rock.

Look at yourself in the mirror.

Look at a root, as it is.

Look at a leaf, on the ground.

Look at the Ocean waves.

Secondary Function:

It seems like the waves are moving.

The leaves are indeed moving too, breaking apart with time.

Third Function:

Beneath the waves, there is more going on.

Underneath the soil, there is life.

And beneath the skin of the man in the mirror, despite what we see, there is a “Schema” of the mind, as it has torn paths through the architecture.

This “Schema” produces the thoughts of the Man.

By breathing, and focusing only on that, perhaps by quieting the Mind, we can produce “new thoughts”, and “new schema” that better serves us.
