The Discombobulator

`Sweetheart please help me find my keys. i’m going to be late. and I just can’t place it.
You opened the front door last night, when we got home. I remember that. Maybe you left it in your jacket.
`Oh! Let me check… - nope - not there either
… Okay before I actually help you look. Promise me you won’t get all depressed again. Like last year. You were in a drunken Stupor for nearly a Moon Month.
`Ya… that was bad. - he laughed a deep laugh -
Let’s see here… she said. Let me go look in the upstairs bathroom.
`Great idea ill look in the kitchen.
And so they looked. for what seemed like hours but was more like 10 or so minutes.
Being at their stature, they didn’t have to do anything themselves. But they seemed normal enough.
`I don’t think we’re going to find them…
Cant you just replace the keys? They’re just keys?
`No these were the special ones. The ones I need for work. The Others are coming by soon and we need to unlock the Chest as well. This wont do.. I have to find them. The guests will be here for our meeting in 30 minutes.

She left the room without a word.
He goes downstairs into a well lit, wooden mossy room. He types a few things into a Computer, and looks deep within it.
